"We are more than a Random Thought... We Change Lives"

Reality Speaks

A Life Well Lived

What's up Family,

How often do we take time to think about the importance of each breath that we take.  Do we think about it while we're inserting smoke into our lungs?  Do we think about while pouring fumes of liquor down our windpipes?  Do we think about while playing russian roulette with our private parts?  How much do we truly value ourselves and our lives.

One of the most precious gifts that we have in this life, I believe to be time.  I'm sure different folks have different answers to what they believe is precious, but the reality of it all is the only thing we truly have when our time is up is the memories of us during the time before we blew out our last breath.

My heart is saddened on this day, although I know there is a party going on in heaven.  I have lost an aunt, my cousins a grandmother and a mother.  In this physical presence Carrie Scott has left friends and family who shall continue to love her dearly and miss her until we meet her again.

The time Aunt Carrie spent in what I like to call the "Short Life" was filled with smiles and love.  We all have tough times and trying times, but God won't let us be burdened forever.  The "DASH" is what is more important than the D.O.B. (date of Birth) or the D.O.D. (date of Decease).  That "Dash" represents the TIME she spent with us and how she did what God sent her here to do.  To love, nurture, groom and care for all who may have crossed her path.  She traveled til she couldn't go no more.  She saw the things that some of us only see in books and magazines.  She took advantage of our time and encouraged others to do the same.

I am not writing this message to place sadness on your hearts, but to inspire you to take advantage of your time and live your life to the fullest.  Aunt Carrie lived what I believe was a life well-lived.  I pray that this message greets you in kind spirits and that you will value your time as you do your breath and live your life to the fullest as well.

God Bless,
